I am Bree, and at 56, I feel more energised, empowered, and confident than ever. But it has not always been this way.

I faced pain from Arthritis, challenging Menopause Symptoms like fatigue, sleeplessness, brain fog, weight gain, only to name a few, along with constant Stress from my Management Position, which finally all led to burnout. I felt desperate, depressed, weak, and ashamed. The old me was strong and full of energy. How did I get here?

Yoga has been transformative, helping me rediscover my strength, vitality, and focus.

With all my heart and soul, I have created "The Yoga Hand" to inspire and uplift. My journey led me to this path, as I sought solutions for feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. I specialize in empowering women aged 50 and above because I understand the unique challenges and triumphs that come with this stage of life. I've experienced the ups and downs, the worries, and the need to hide how I truly felt.

My mission is to create a save space and help you regain your energy and confidence. In our VIP Program, the focus is entirely on you! Together, we'll embrace balance and joy, exploring what your body and mind truly needs.

My experience with the ´Empower & Energize through Yoga´ program has been very convincing, i.e. I pretty much understood how beneficial doing yoga on a regular basis is for mental stability, balancing, core strength and flexibility. Bree has really known how to adapt to my physical state and mood (I was going through challenging times with grief and personal health checks at the time we started the program). The program went to very smooth and light to a bit more challenging for muscles and balancing.
