About "The Yoga Hand"

I'm Bree, the heart and soul behind "The Yoga Hand." Specializing in empowering individuals 50 and above, I focus on helping women regain their energy and confidence. Through tailored yoga practices, including Slow Vinyasa for vitality and Yin Yoga for flexibility and relaxation, I guide you in embracing balance and joy. My personal journey of overcoming pain due to rheumatoid arthritis, Burnout and Menopause symptoms fuels my passion for sharing insights on Yoga. Together, we'll explore mindful breath work and holistic wellness to transform stress - caused by internal and external factors - into strength. Join me, and let's embark on a path of rejuvenation, revitalisation and self-discovery.

Online Group Yoga Classes

Weekly beginner friendly Yoga classes with different themes are created to help you to manage stress, strengthen your body and mind, re-build awareness for your beautiful YOU and build resilience.

We are every Sunday for one hour together on the mat. One class is in German (6 PM CET) and the other in English (7:30 PM CET).

For example, a towel as a knee cushion on the "hard" yoga mat is one of her very helpful tips for sensitive knees. The instructions for the exercises are both challenging and motivating for me.

My experience with the ´Empower & Energize through Yoga´ program has been very convincing, i.e. I pretty much understood how beneficial doing yoga on a regular basis is for mental stability, balancing, core strength and flexibility. Bree has really known how to adapt to my physical state and mood (I was going through challenging times with grief and personal health checks at the time we started the program). The program went to very smooth and light to a bit more challenging for muscles and balancing. I achieved more than I expected because I always thought I would never reach balancing according to my health condition but Bree managed very well this part. I truly appreciated Bree’s commitment and adaptability. We had lovely sessions that made me greatly believe in the benefits of yoga and gave me this little push I needed to be more invested in a regular practice.

First of all, great praise to you for how you lead the yoga session and explain everything very well, with pleasant pace and smooth transitions. Your tips for participants with lower back issues were very helpful and really helped me. By the way, your voice and language are very well-suited for yoga. I often find that I don´t always enjoy a session if the voice or chemistry isn´t right - perhaps other participants have mentioned this to you already. The structure of our session was also very good. Keep it up, I feel comfortable in your class and look forward to the next one!

She helps you through using a unifying theme from a mantra / affirmation of your choice that is artfully and effectively used to tie together each session when you meet. Bree offers suggestions for practices and education about aspects of the program between sessions for your benefit and to enhance the overall program.
